Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фото, удобное расположение.

Disadvantages:

Взяли депозит, обещали вернуть после выселения. Осмотрели квартиру, вопросов не возникло. Депозит сказали вернут. Но не вернули, плюс 1500 руб получилось к аренде. По факту 1 спальня с двуспальной кроватью и комната со скамьей с мягким сиденьем, одному на ней спать можно. Не на 4 гостей, а на 3 получается. Если вдруг решите, что вас будет 4, просят оплату плюс тысяча рублей. Аргументируя, что 4 й человек будет спать на постельном и мыться. Поэтому за него ещё тысяча. Хозяин при встрече осмотрел критично, видимо решая, достойны мы заплатить ему за сутки 7 тысяч 350 руб
